Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. I ship my sculptures worldwide, carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely wherever you are.

Every order is wrapped entirely without plastic, using thoughtfully selected materials that are both protective and kinder to the environment.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes, although I only accept a limited number of commissions each year.

If you have a special piece in mind, I recommend getting in touch well in advance, as there is usually a waiting list. Every sculpture is made entirely by hand and requires many days of work.

Commission prices start at €100 and vary depending on the size, design and complexity of the piece.

Can you include a gift note?

Of course.

If your order is a gift, I will be happy to include a handwritten personal message on elegant stationery, at no additional cost.

Can I send my order directly as a gift?

Absolutely.

I never include invoices or prices inside the parcel, making it perfect for sending directly to someone special.

Is every sculpture unique?

Yes.

Every sculpture is shaped and painted entirely by hand. Even when I recreate the same character, no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Small variations are part of what makes each sculpture one of a kind.

Where are your sculptures made?

Every piece is designed, sculpted and painted entirely by me in my studio in Barcelona, Spain.

Can I reserve a sculpture that is sold out?

Sometimes.

If a sculpture has already found a home, feel free to contact me. Whenever possible, I'll let you know if it will return or if a similar piece can be created for you. Just write me: miolaceramics@gmail.com

Do you offer seasonal sales or promotions?

No. I don't offer seasonal sales or promotions. Every piece is handmade by me, individually and with great care. Its price reflects the time, skill, and craftsmanship behind each creation and remains the same throughout the year.

Why do I have to pay import duties or taxes?

If your order is shipped outside your country or customs union, it may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

As these fees vary from country to country, I'm unable to estimate or cover them. If you have any questions, I recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Do your sculptures come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes.

Every Miola sculpture is accompanied by a hand-signed and individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity, a lasting record of its originality, craftsmanship and provenance.
