2. About Miola Ceramics
Miola Ceramics is an independent ceramic studio based in Spain.
Every sculpture is individually sculpted, painted and glazed by hand. No moulds or mass production are used. Each piece is created from scratch, making every sculpture unique.
3. Handmade Nature of the Pieces
Every sculpture is handcrafted individually.
Small variations in colour, brushstrokes, glaze, texture or proportions are part of the artistic process and should not be considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent each sculpture as accurately as possible, although colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings.
4. Orders
Orders are considered accepted once payment has been successfully received.
Miola Ceramics reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, technical issues or situations beyond reasonable control.
Should this occur, any payment received will be refunded in full.
5. Personalised Commissions
Custom sculptures are created specifically according to the customer's instructions and reference photographs.
By submitting photographs, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use those images.
Reference photographs are used solely for the purpose of creating the commissioned sculpture and will never be published or shared without your consent.
Because personalised sculptures are made exclusively for each customer, they cannot be cancelled or returned once work has begun, except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
6. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euros (€).
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
The applicable price will always be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

Payment information is processed securely by the corresponding payment provider.

8. Production Time
Most sculptures are handmade to order.
Estimated production time is generally between 1 and 2 weeks, although this may vary depending on the complexity of the piece, current workload and seasonal demand.
Customers will be informed if production is expected to take significantly longer.
9. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Spain.
Miola Ceramics ships worldwide whenever possible.
Delivery times are estimates only and depend on postal services, customs procedures and destination country.
Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond reasonable control are not the responsibility of Miola Ceramics.
10. Customs and Import Duties
International orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error has occurred.
Personalised sculptures are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer legislation, except where legally required.
13. Certificate of Authenticity
Where indicated, sculptures include a Certificate of Authenticity.
This certificate confirms that the sculpture has been individually handmade by Luis Suárez for Miola Ceramics.
